Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a suspicious person complaint on Fall Street.
Upon arrival, police located James Savarese, 52, damaging property. He grabbed an officer and kicked a second.
He was charged with criminal mischief, harassment, and obstruction.
Savarese was processed and released on an appearance ticket scheduling him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
No injuries were reported during the incident or subsequent arrest.
