Police say a 42-year-old Canandaigua resident was issued a criminal summons after an investigation into an incident in late-September.
Melissa Lohnes, 42, of Canandaigua was charged with harassment after the disturbance on Eastern Boulevard.
According to a release, it happened on September 20th. She’s accused of making threats of physical harm toward a woman at that location.
She will answer the charge in city court at a later date.
