Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a disturbance at a Coach Street residence on October 1st.
According to a news release, Mark Rayburn, 63, of Canandaigua was arrested for menacing following that incident.
He was taken into custody on October 12th.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Rayburn threatened another person with a baseball bat.
He was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
