Police report the arrest of a Canandaigua man following a larceny investigation in the city.
Benjamin Shur, 27, of Canandaigua was charged with petit larceny on October 8th following an investigation.
Shur is accused of leaving a South Main Street store without paying for the merchandise.
Police say Shur was taken into custody and arraigned without incident.
