Deputies report the arrest of a Canandaigua resident following a sick or intoxicated driver complaint.
Timothy Read, 38, of Canandaigua was charged with DWI after the incident.
Deputies investigating, initiating a traffic stop on Route 96 in Manchester.
Read was issued an appearance ticket for DWI. He will answer the charges at a later date.
