Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following an incident in the village.
According to a news release, Joseph Smith, 42, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal contempt.
He’s accused of violating a court order last week.
The order was issued out of Geneva City Court. However, the violation took place in the village of Waterloo.
As result, the new contempt charge will be answered in village court at a later date.
