Deputies say a Clyde man was arrested after an incident around 6 p.m. in Lyons.
Joshua Peterson, 39, of Clyde is accused of being involved in a road rage incident.
During that incident Peterson nearly struck an uninvolved child who was on a sidewalk in the area.
Peterson was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and reckless driving.
Deputies said in a release after resisting arrest following the incident he was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
