Brooklyn man violates court order by being at banned residence in village of Waterloo

Police arrested a Brooklyn, New York resident following an investigation in the village of Waterloo.

Manuel Valentin Centeno, 41, was arrested around 1:41 p.m. on October 15th in the village.


He’s accused of violating a court order by being at the address of a protected party.

He was charged with criminal contempt. The charges will be answered at a later date.
