The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Brockport man following a fight at a business in Tyre.
Deputies didn’t identify the location of the fight, but were called there around 9 p.m. on Friday.
Byran Hofstra, 47, initiated the altercation, according to deputies. He was charged with assault after a person in the face during the incident.
He was also charged with resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.
Hofstra was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
