Ontario man violated court order, charged with felony count of contempt after investigation

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ontario man following a domestic incident that happened on October 21st.

Around 3 a.m. Lance Plaza-Pierce, 31, of Ontario was charged with a felony count of criminal contempt and harassment.


The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic incident where he violated a court order.

He’s accused of threatening physical violence against the victim while in the presence of police.

He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
