A pair of murder suspects in Seneca County have been arraigned.
Wayne Ellison Jr. of Waterloo and Christopher Kesterson of Phelps pleaded not guilty to felony charges of second- degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in Seneca County Court.

The two were indicted by a grand jury on the charges.
The September 30th shooting death of William Waugh, a 33-year-old who was visiting the area for a wedding, rocked the community.
Investigators say a fight at a local bar happened less than an hour before the shooting. So far, that’s the lead motive.
Investigators also confirmed to FingerLakes1.com two weeks ago that Ellison was the accused shooter.
Kesterson was taken into custody the following day. Meanwhile, Ellison fled to Tampa, Florida – then was extradited back to New York.
Motions are scheduled to be argued in Seneca County Court on December 21st.
