Deputies report the arrest of a 38-year-old Canandaigua man following an investigation on State Route 96 in the town of Manchester.
On Wednesday around 4:41 p.m. Timothy Read, 38, was arrested for DWI after a sick or intoxicated driver complaint.
Read was determined to be intoxicated and ticketed without incident.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
