Crash on Lummisville Rd. in Huron leads to DWI charge for Wolcott resident

State police report the arrest of a Wolcott man following an investigation into a crash on Lummisville Road in Huron.

The driver was identified as Dennis Winder, 50, of Wolcott.

Troopers say he was charged with DWI and refusal to submit a breath test.

Winder was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment after the crash on Sunday, October 16th.
