Auburn woman arrested on felony robbery, burglary charges, accused of threatening person with open scissors

An Auburn woman faces an array of charges after a domestic incident in the city last weekend.

Police were dispatched to a fight around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday at an apartment complex. Officers found Martia Lindae Goldsmith, 22, fighting with the victim over a child.

Investigators added that an opened pair of scissors were brandished as a weapon during the incident.

Goldsmith was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, aggravated family offense, and misdemeanors.

She was arraigned and held on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secured bond.
