Yankees announce 26-man roster for ALCS

The New York Yankees have announced their 26-man roster for the American League Championship Series against the Houston Astros.

Pitchers (13): Gerrit Cole, Miguel Castro, Nestor Cortes, Domingo Germán, Clay Holmes, Jonathan Loáisiga, Greg Weissert, Wandy Peralta, Clarke Schmidt, Luis Severino, Jameson Taillon, Lou Trivino

Position players (13): Jose Trevino, Kyle Higashioka, Harrison Bader, Oswaldo Cabrera, Matt Carpenter, Josh Donaldson, Oswald Peraza, Aaron Judge, Isiah Kiner-Falefa, Tim Locastro, Anthony Rizzo, Giancarlo Stanton, Gleyber Torres

DJ LeMahieu, Ron Marinaccio, Aaron Hicks, Marwin Gonzalez, and Lucas Luetge are among those that were left off the roster. Hicks will not return this season after leaving Tuesday’s game with a knee injury.

Game 1 of the ALCS is set for Wednesday at 7:37 p.m.
