The guys discuss whether it was another prelude to a January matchup and who is the better of the teams in the AFC. Nick’s Giants held on and beat the Ravens making them 5-1 on the season. Paul and Nick discuss the continued improvements of the team as they place themselves among the NFC’s best. The guys also discuss the Jets beating the Packers and Tom Brady’s meltdown in Pittsburgh. Paul and Nick also pick the week seven slate of games.
Syracuse took down NC State on Saturday to make it to 6-0 and rank up to 14 in both major polls. Paul talks about the atmosphere in the JMA Dome and how far the Orange can actually go in the season. Paul and Nick pick the major matchups of the week.
The NBA tips off tonight, which means it’s time to preview the season. Paul and Nick look at whether the season is wide open or if it’s still the Warriors above all. They look at the Knicks, whether they take the next step this year, and if the Nets will pull it together for the season. The guys wrap up with their season predictions and who will be standing with the championship in June.
