Palmyra man faces felony charges after domestic incident with family member protected by court order

Deputies report the arrest of a Palmyra man following a domestic incident during the early-morning hours on Monday.

Dominick Gonzalez-Hey, 27, was charged with second-degree harassment, first-degree contempt, and aggravated family offense.

Two of the charges are felonies, according to authorities.

They stem from a physical domestic incident, where the victim had an active court order of protection from Gonzalez-Hey.

He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
