Police report the arrest of a Canandaigua woman following an investigation into an illegally operating dispensary in the city.
According to a news release, Rachel Morgan, 40, of Canandaigua was charged with unlawful sale of cannabis on October 6th.
Police said in the news release, that Morgan operated an unlicensed dispensary store in the city of Canandaigua where marijuana and concentrated cannabis was sold out of the business.
Morgan was charged and issued an appearance ticket for city court.
