Police arrested a Lyons resident after a suspicious person complaint on Geneva Street.
On Monday Demetrius Robinson, 51, of Lyons was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance not in the original container.
He was taken into custody on the charges without incident.
He will appear in local court at the end of the month.
