Deputies say a Rose man was taken into custody on felony charges after an investigation into an assault and robbery in Wolcott at the 104 Store.
It happened on August 16th, according to deputies, who say one suspect remains at large.
Dominick Mason, 20, was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree assault, and petit larceny.
It’s alleged that Mason, along with Kevin Huntington Jr., 18, assaulted a male and female couple who were parked at the 104 Store.
During the assault the two stole money from the victims.
Mason was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment. However, Huntington Jr. remains at large. Deputies say there are pending robbery and assault charges against him.
