Family members of the late Richard Seeley are offering a $2,500 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of a person involved in his murder.
The 43-year-old was murdered in early August 2020. He was found in his home on Templar Road in the town of Orange.
The medical examiner deemed it a homicide, which is why authorities have been investigating since.
However, leads have gone cold and the case is struggling to keep traction.
The new reward is being offered in conjunction with the Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office and Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.

The reward is for any information that leads to the detection, arrest, prosecution, and/or conviction of an individual involved in the death of Seeley.
His family hopes that his murder can be solved, which is why they have remained vocal in the fight to keep the investigation moving forward.
