Police arrested a 43-year-old Geneva woman following an alleged assault on Pulteney Street.
According to a news release, Karen Lang Wagner, 43, of Geneva was charged with felony counts of burglary and criminal contempt after an incident on Thursday, October 6th.
Officers found that Wagner entered a residence on Pulteney Street through a window, damaged property, and then assaulted a resident who was inside.
There was an active stay away order of protection for the victim against the suspect.
Wagner fled prior to police arrival. She was later located and arrested.
Arraignment took place at the Ontario County Jail.
