Police arrested a 24-year-old Canandaigua resident following a disturbance on Parrish Street.
According to a news release, Aubrey Bagwell, 24, was issued a criminal summons for harassment after the incident on August 29th.
Bagwell is accused of scratching and shoving a person during that disturbance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
