40-year-old violates court order in Canandaigua, charged with contempt

The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a local man following an incident on Saltonstall Street.

Police say that on September 24th around 1:09 a.m. officers arrested Timothy Pixley, 40, for criminal contempt.

The charge stems from Pixley violating an order of protection.

He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
