Deputies say a Rochester man was taken into custody after an investigation into a stolen vehicle in Wayne County.
According to a news release, Michael Fazio, 58, of Rochester was arrested for unauthorized used of a vehicle and two counts of harassment.
The charges stem from a larceny complaint in April where it’s alleged he took the victim’s car without permission. Fazio then became physical with the residents of the home.
The vehicle was stolen from a home in the town of Walworth, according to deputies.
Fazio was arraigned at the Wayne County Jail.
