Police arrested a Canandaigua resident was arrested twice after a pair of incidents in the city last month.
Keanu Kozłowski, 27, of Canandaigua was charged with attempted assault on September 29th.
It was determined that he intentionally pushed over a stroller with a young child in it.
He was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Days later he was arrested again for criminal contempt. While officers were assisting DSS at a Jefferson Street address – Kozlowski was observed walking near the residence of the young child who was protected by a court order after the earlier incident.
He was arrested again and taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
