First responders in Ontario County were called to a rope rescue on Route 245 in Naples.
According to the Canandaigua Fire Department the Ontario County Rope Team was performing a rescue at High Tor along Route 245 in Naples on Saturday.
Three hikers were trapped approximately a half-mile into the gully.
The rescue began around 4:30 p.m. and continued into after darkness fell.
It’s unclear at this time if there were any injuries.
