The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following a stalking investigation.
Joshua Barber, 39, of Lyons was charged with stalking.
According to a release, the charge stems from an investigation into an argument he had with the father of a teenage girl. It’s alleged that Barber, on multiple occasions, went to the apartment of the juvenile, and told her father he would hurt her if he found the teen alone.
Deputies arrested Barber on Thursday, October 6th without incident on a bench warrant.
He was processed at the Wayne County Jail. The charges will be answered at a later date.
