Geneva man stole power tools from Seneca business

A Geneva man is accused of stealing power tools from a local business.

According to a news release, Jeremy Burke, 29, of Geneva was arrested for third-degree burglary.

He’s accused of entering Flint Creek Transportation on 5&20 on September 27th stealing power tools.

The value of the tools was not disclosed in the release.

Deputies say Burke was taken into custody on Friday, October 7th and arraigned on the burglary charge.
