Police say a Rochester man was arrested in Ontario County following a burglary investigation.
Bemjamin Shur, 28, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny.
According to a news release, Shur is accused of entering a business on Route 332 in Canandaigua and stealing a vehicle. Items at the business were also stolen, deputies said.
The stolen vehicle was stopped shortly after the alarm was sounded – and Shur was identified as the driver.
Deputies took him into custody without further incident.
Shur was released to appear at a later date in local court.
