Rochester man faces felony DWI charge after erratic driver complaint in Wayne County

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man on Sunday following a vehicle and traffic complaint on Lake Road in Ontario.

Deputies arrested Daniel King, 30, of Rochester on a felony count of DWI.


The charges stem from a complaint where King was observed erratically traveling east on Lake Road. Further investigation determined that he was intoxicated.

His BAC was found to be 0.19% upon investigation.

King was issued appearance tickets for local court later this month.
