Deputies report the arrest of a Palmyra man following an investigation into a domestic incident on Friday around 6:11 p.m.
Martin Hillenbrand, 33, of Palmyra is accused of being involved in an altercation with his girlfriend. During the incident, he’s accused of physically restraining her, attempting to prevent her from leaving the location.
It’s alleged that after the girlfriend was able to leave, Martin then left two children- ages 1- and 3-years-old, alone in the residence.
He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and unlawful imprisonment.
Martin was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail where he is set to appear in local court at a later date.
