Police report the arrest of a Clifton Springs man following an incident at Lake Front Park in Canandaigua.
On September 17th around 2:10 a.m. Felipe Granados-Cruz, 22, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.
Police say he had a BAC over 0.18% during a crash where he struck a curb at the park.
Granados-Cruz was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
