State police say one person was taken into custody after an attempted traffic stop on Remington Street in the city of Rochester.
According to a news release, around 1:32 p.m. on Tuesday the driver, identified as Paris Gray, 28, failed to comply and fled troopers through the city.
The vehicle came to rest on Saratoga Avenue and Gray was taken into custody without incident.
Gray was found to be in possession of a large quantity of fentanyl, cocaine, crack and oxy pills.
He was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance as a class B felony, as well as one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance as a Class D felony.
Police say Gray is currently on parole and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail.
