Alex Ackerman welcomes Crunch Chief Operating Officer Jim Sarosy back to the podcast for a positive, fun episode. Jim then takes a dive into how the organization makes decisions on season ticket holder packages and spends some time breaking down the data from the survey the team sent out to their season ticket holders this past summer. The two then take a look at the Lightning-Crunch affiliation, which is going into its 10th year this season. Jim discusses how much the affiliation has meant to the organization, and highlights some of the things he’s most looking forward to this upcoming benchmark season.
