Police say a Geneva man was charged following a sex offender registry violation.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles Mortensen, 70, of Geneva for failure to register his address as a sex offender.
Mortensen also has a previous conviction for failure to register his address in 2012.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
