Police say a Montour Falls man was arrested on a warrant.
According to a news release, the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested Donald G. Ball Jr., 22, was arrested for violation of a condition of sentence.
Ball was taken into custody on August 31 after violating probation.
Ball was held for arraignment in the Schuyler County CAP Court.
