The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce held its September Business After Hours Networking Mixer at Climbing Bines Wood Fired on Wednesday, September 14. Several member businesses attended the event, which also celebrated the expansion of Climbing Bines to their second location in the Finger Lakes. The original property, Climbing Bines Craft Ale and Hop Farm is located in Dresden, and has been members of the Chamber since 2017. Their Finger Lakes expansion to downtown Geneva took over the former Opus location and officially opened earlier this year.
Attendees at the Business After Hours event enjoyed a variety of craft beers on tap as well as featured recipes and combinations from their custom, wood-fired pizza menu. During the presentation, Matt and Maggie Klehammer spoke about the business venture with their role as co-owners and business partners with the Hansen family. They touched on the history and future plans for the properties, noting their gratitude and appreciation for the successes of both.
The next Business After Hours Networking Mixer will be held on November 9 from 5-7pm at the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls. Admission is $5 for members and $10 for non-members and is included for all 2022 BAH Season Pass Holders. Reservations are required one week in advance.
