A Canandaigua man was arrested on a criminal summons on September 3.
The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Derrick Lloyd, 27, for harassment.
The charges stem from a disturbance that took place at a Saltonstall Street address on August 20. It is alleged that Lloyd made unwanted physical contact with a victim at that location.
Lloyd will appear in the Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
