A 24-year-old was sentenced in Seneca County Court to more than five years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Joshua Rotondo, 24, was accused of selling drugs in the village of Waterloo, and admitted to selling ecstasy.
He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison.
At the time of his arrest, Rotondo was on probation.
