Police say a Dundee motorist was ticketed after a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department cited Josiah L. Peachey, 30, for driving with a suspended registration.
A traffic stop was initiated when police observed Peachey driving with a suspended NYS registration. A traffic stop was initiated and Peachey was also found to have no insurance in effect.
Peachey will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
