Prosecutors say a Lyons man who purposely hit another car with his vehicle has been convicted in Wayne County Court.
Tylor Felix was found guilty of second-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
Prosecutors said the case stemmed from an incident in March 2021 in the town of Galen.
Felix tried to drive his vehicle into someone else’s lane. The other person swerved to avoid a head-on collision.
Felix then turned around and caught up to the other driver and hit their vehicle.
A young child was inside the vehicle at the time of the incident, too.
Sentencing is set for October 4.
