State police are continuing an investigation into a fatal motorcycle accident that happened near Rochester’s inner loop.
It happened Wednesday around 1:04 a.m., according to police, who responded to a single-vehicle crash.
The driver was identified as Brandon Carman, 35, who was headed east near the Saint Paul exit when he struck a guide rail.
Police say he was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Officials say the investigation remains active.
