New York State Police say a man was arrested on Monday after a Saturday, September 10 shooting in the Town of Rathbone.
Justen Zeh, 28, of Woodhull, was arrested by State Police on Monday, September 12 in the Village of Addison, Steuben County.
Police say that around 1:15 a.m. on September 10, Zeh shot a gun in the direction of a home in Rathbone, according to WETM.
Law enforcement was initially unable to locate Zeh.
NYSP says Zeh turned himself in after learning that police were looking for him.
Zeh faces an Attempted Murder charge, a Class A felony.
He is currently being held in Steuben County Jail.
