Police say a 24-year-old was ticketed in Penn Yan following a traffic stop in the village.
Zackaray Sprong, 24, was ticketed after being observed driving on Liberty Street with an expired registration and suspended license.
A traffic stop was initiated and officers observed a forged registration sticker.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and a number of other violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
