State police say a Waterloo man accused of not completing work for local residents and taking money faces drug charges.
Brian Macgill, 49, of Waterloo, who was arrested for taking money from residents in Seneca Falls then never completing the work, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a news release, the second arrest occurred when state police were assisting other law enforcement at an investigation on Friday.
Macgill was issued appearance tickets returnable to local court.
