Rochester driver charged with felony DWI after stop in Ontario

State police report the arrest of a Rochester man following an erratic driver complaint on Ridge Road.

Troopers out of Williamson arrested Jimmy Wright, 42, of Rochester following an erratic driver investigation on Ridge Road in Ontario.

Upon investigation it was determined that Wright was intoxicated. He was charged with felony DWI, refusal to submit to a breath test, operating without an interlock device, and other traffic violations.

All of the charges are returnable to Ontario Town Court.
