Foundation soliciting book donations for Geneva Library fall book sale

The Foundation for the Geneva Public Library is looking for book donations for its fall book sale.


Foundation raises money for library programs, materials

The sale takes place in the Community Room at the library from Friday, September 30 through Friday, October 7. The foundation’s Spike Herzig says the process of donating your no longer wanted books couldn’t be easier.

Sale Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00pm

Don’t forget, The Balcony Bookstore is always open on the 2nd Floor, and has a great selection of books and audio-visual materials. The Bookstore prices will match these prices during the Fall Book Sale week– If you want to get involved in our Book Sales, click here: Book Sale Committee 

Anyone who comes to the sale on Sunday, October 2 will get a free book, no purchase necessary.

As a tax-supported entity, the library can not raise funds directly. The foundation raises money for library programs and materials. It has raised nearly $200,000 to date.
