Hall man turns himself in to Seneca County authorities after shoplifting incident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 36-year-old after he turned himself in at the law enforcement center in Romulus.

Matthew Armison, 36, of Hall was charged with petit larceny after a theft that occurred at a Tyre business in August.

He’s accused of stealing multiple food and drink items from a store there.

He was turned over to jail staff for processing and released on an appearance ticket.

The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
