Police say a Phelps man was arrested after responding to a personal injury accident in Junius.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Seth White, 26, of Phelps for felony driving while intoxicated.
It was reported to deputies that a vehicle had driven through several lawns and hit a tree. During investigation into the accident, it was determined that White had been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. He was also charged with operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, and driving with a BAC of .08% or greater.
White will appear before the Junius Town Court at a later date.
